Time Off Module: Worked on Time Off in order to create and accrual the absence entitlement automatically based on the compliance. Experience in configuring calendars, work schedules, time profiles, and time account types, and created rules to ensure compliance and accuracy. HRIS Integration & Data Management: HRIS Sync mapping based on customer requirements. Data migration (MDF objects, foundation objects, employee data), and set up People Profiles and custom objects (MDF-objects/picklists) in SuccessFactors Employee Central Performance Management & Reporting: Configured performance forms, created rating scales, managed form routing/approvals, and generated Canvas/Ad-Hoc reports.

GNSS & RTK Expertise: Specialized in Real-Time Kinematics (RTK) technology, analyzing and testing GPS chips, evaluating multi-constellation RTK performance, and consulting clients on GPS products, RTK methodology, and troubleshooting. Drone & SAP Solutions: Design PCB for ongoing projects, maintained SAV duties for the IOStar LightShow Drone solution, and built a chatbot on an outsourced SAP platform to enhance employee productivity and user experience.
