Oversaw the management of an extensive infrastructure comprising over 120,000 servers, ranking among the top 10 largest in Europe from 2008 to 2016. Ensured full compliance with GDPR regulations, reinforcing data protection and privacy standards across all operations. Led the establishment of new office in Lille, known as Scaleway La Maison Lille, expanding the company's footprint and facilitating regional growth.

Automated the entire product lifecycle, from order processing, service provisioning, dedicated server installation, configuration, and termination, optimizing operational efficiency.
