- Managed a team of 5 to 8 experienced Project and Program Managers in charge of the delivery of Professional Services in Europe, deploying all GE Digital solutions for our Power Generation and Oil & Gas customers in Europe with operational excellence. - Owned business KPIs for Professional Services Europe (on time, budget and customer satisfaction delivery) including tracking, reporting and analysis. Also defined regional KPIs to translate overall company objectives into actionable goals for the local team and drive performances improvements. - Point of contact for customer executives in Europe (Steering Committee, Escalation, Sales negotiation) - Creation of local tools and processes to promote opportunities identification by the Professional Services team and foster a cross-functional culture to drive Sales growth, including also championing customer feedback to product team. - Managed process improvements initiatives around Project Management (creation of Project Review Standards, Business Review Standards) and quality measurement (Jira roll out).

In charge of delivering the entire portfolio solutions of GE Power Digital solutions (Asset Performance Management, Operations Performance Management, BoilerOptimization) for Energias de Portugal (EDP) – the number one utility in Portugal and one of the largest companies in the country: • Largest GE Digital/Power Digital program in Europe (>10MEur, 5-year fleetwide enterprise agreement, 30 delivery sites). • Played a key role during final sales and negotiation process to secure agreement. • Project team of up to 30 resources spread in multiple locations across Europe, US and India including 4 project managers direct reports. • Managed commercial relationship at Senior Executive level, including monthly Steering Committee meeting with EDP Generation Board and GE Senior Executives. • Drove Product and Engineering teams to build and deliver New Product Initiatives. • Converted a number of project risks into successful business opportunities. Other achievements: • Key contributor in process improvement workshops and initiatives for the delivery of GE Power Digital core business product (OPM) • Facilitated product strategy workshop to help revisit the product lifecycle and ultimately define roadmap and priorities for GE Power Digital core business product (OPM).

Managed the delivery/implementation of real-time software solutions to monitor and control the electricity network for several large utilities in the US (Eversource, FirstEnergy, Pennsylvania Power & Lights). • Projects up to 5 million Euros • Project team of up to 20 resources spread in different location (US, Europe, India) • Mission critical solutions requiring high availability and performances, deployed on virtualized platforms • Scope includes large software developments using latest software methodology (Agile) • Close and direct interaction with R&D • Highly technical customers with high expectations and tight schedules Other achievements: • Local champion for rolling out new process (Delivery Manager) and methodology (Jira) • Main project successfully used as pilot for several company wide initiatives (Delivery Manager organisation, physical progress adoption)
