A great number of social services appointments are missed by citizens. I worked with elected officials and government leaders, managers and civil servants to design an approach to understand & measure the issue and experiment solutions that managed to reduce the absenteeism rate from 25% to less than 5%. I then designed and managed the creation of a consortium between local and national administrations to build a digital product that became a digital public service called rdv-solidarites.fr

As a Project Director, I interacted with CEOs, CTOs and CPOs to help strategic digital transformation projects using lean, agile methodologies and DevOps principles to maximise the added value of digital investments. As a business developer, I acquired and managed a portfolio of clients (20% of the company turnover in 2013, 2014 and 2015) by using lean to solve classic sales problems (such as how to sell on the first meeting, for instance). Notable accomplishments include the creation of Fast IT, the agile delivery team at French bank Société Générale (reducing the go live lead time from 6 months to 3 weeks) and the launch of 24 Sèvres, the e-commerce platform of LVMH

As a staffer to the Minister, I helped advisors assess European macroeconomics and the financial situation in the context of the Greek Debt Crisis. I also interacted with elected officials

I was appointed by the French Consulate in Hong Kong and Macau with the mission to launch and manage the Business Association to foster bilateral economic relations. As founding manager and the face of France in the region, I brought business and thought leaders together and created partnerships between entrepreneurs, government officials and NGOs
