Halo supports SMEs and investors with a mix of operational leadership and business facilitation. Activities include: business setup & restructuring, interim management, directorship & governance, fundraising & club deals, and business facilitation to connect the right people and opportunities. The goal: secure operations, enable growth, and create value for entrepreneurs and investors.

Monetization of commodities through securitization. Led structuring and operations with a 360° business vision, bridging finance and real economy.

Training and coaching for new entrepreneurs on key operational topics (funding, project management, prospection, cash-flow). Designed and led a collective coaching program (12h, House of Training) and thematic workshops, alongside transversal project management.

From-scratch development of an AI-based technology for B2B data collection and enrichment. • Built a team of up to 6 FTE • Raised €500k (including €300k private round) • Secured international corporate clients • IP transferred to a large corporation in 2022 Company closed afterwards through bankruptcy.

Founded and structured a digital web-design agency. • Reached profitability in Year 1 with lean expenses (<€100k sales) • Grew and structured the business • Successfully exited through company sale

Head of Start-up Support & Manager of Fit4Start accelerator. • Supported innovative entrepreneurs and early-stage startups in business development and access to public funding • Designed, launched, and managed Fit4Start, Luxembourg’s national early-stage accelerator (+500 international applications, 5 editions) • Set up Mind&Market Luxembourg (public-private platform connecting startups, SMEs & corporates) and a new incubator in Dudelange (€150k state funding) • Led 123GO contest and startup networking initiatives, including the “Start-up Luxembourg” LinkedIn community (3,000+ members) • Regular speaker at conferences (FR/EN, +100 attendees) Results: yearly incorporation of 60+ startups and creation of 200+ jobs after 2 years.
