Involvement across the entire project lifecycle: Coordination of internal teams and external partners Monitoring schedules, budgets, and priorities Multi-site deployment (stores, dealerships, restaurants) Coordination of installations (screens, LED, speakers, amplifiers, players) Configuration and commissioning of audio & video solutions Implementation of customized music content via Stingray and tailor-made digital content Objective: to ensure a consistent, immersive, and high-performing customer experience while respecting deadlines and quality standards.

Coordinating projects : Management of technical assistance and projects won in order to get customer’s satisfaction. Employee management : Build up a close and human management style with employees working on customer sites. Budget steering and activity scheduling : Ensure account profitabilty in month-end accounting exercices. Business development : Support sales team by increasing technical assistance and project’s revenues in South-West part of SCC France. Training and support of a trainee : Work and manage a student from a master’s degree on the service delivery aspect.

Coordinating projects : Coordinating technical assistance projects on 3 account. Support Change Management : I wrote a dissertation to give concrete recommendations on how to make my department's system more efficient. Some of them has been followed by my executives. Creation and follow-up of activity and performance reports : Build-up accurate reports in order to appreciate the launch of the new “technical assistance” business.
