– Development from scratch of a decision-support tool for work assignments and an algorithm for calculating estimated arrival times (ETA) for truck shipments.

– Delivered friendly, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced bakery environment. – Managed the bakery alone during shifts, handling 200+ baked items/day. – Maintained product availability to maximize sales while keeping unsold items low. – Optimized baking cycles, replenishment, and workflows for greater efficiency.

– As part of my studies, I did a 6-week internship at Höganäs AB. – During this period, I was able to develop an communication tool enabling the different teams to communicate data more efficiently and reduce the risk of accidents linked to unnecessary movement inside the factory. – The tool optimized the control of order status at different stages of production. – It has also enabled more efficient reporting with automatically generated tables and graphs, thus saving considerable time.
