In charge of 2 modules for the Multimedia and Internet Interface Design Master's program: - Algorithms and Web coding (Master 1) - Interactive developments (Master 2) Through these courses, my aim is to demystify computer development among future designers, teach the basics of programming, and help students combine the 2 fields: technology and design. I support their learning by sharing the right methodologies, technical principles and theoretical notions essential to their academic career, so that they can apply them in other modules as well as in their future careers.

- Define an efficient workflow around the Design System and ensure effective interaction between developers and designers. - Ensure that the component driven development methodology is correctly applied. - Technical reference during the Headless migration and its integration into Sephora's technical ecosystem. - Responsible for the design, evaluation, estimation, and validation of techno-functional solutions. - Support Product Owners in understanding the advantages and potential risks associated with the proposed solutions. - Responsible for the technical design of developed applications (e.g., interface contracts). - Responsible for the technical roadmap: define, quantify, and promote technical topics to prioritize in sprints to support functional enhancements. - Bridge the gap between the various technical partners involved in the project. - Support development teams during grooming and tech screening phases. - Assist functional teams throughout the implementation and ensure ongoing follow-up on their deployment. - Conduct technological monitoring for the application and advocate for innovative solutions. - Act as a liaison with development teams for best practices, ensuring the application of security policies, as well as system performance and operability. - Ensure the necessary technical documentation is produced and correctly archived, both before and after implementation. - Ensure the automation of technical processes and tools for scaling: high-frequency releases, assure code quality, unit tests, automated tests, ...
