Intro
My Vision : I support your organisation's stakeholders during the evolution and transformation of their work processes in order to facilitate their implementation and adoption. My Mission : I create a safe framework for your organisation to efficiently support the transition of all stakeholders by fostering their personal engagement during a time of change. With my experience in problem solving I help you implement strategies to overcome resistance to change while respecting individuals' opinions. I draw on my experience as an adult trainer to develop the skills of your executives, line managers and employees in participatory workshops, coaching sessions and formal training courses. During my interventions I strive to develop a team spirit through a positive attitude while at the same time nurturing individual contributions. With my mastery of four languages and my ability to synthesize, I communicate clearly and transparently throughout the entire project. I share the intermediate successes with all stakeholders in order to allow them to have a global view of the project's progress. I am passionate about travel, people, sailing and photography, and each day is a new discovery of the world, its citizens, its winds and its lights.
