In my time we delivered new product features like: - Open banking payment on mobile and on web (over 30% of users chose this payment method) - The IPO regulated new website hub and integration with PrimaryBid to allow customers to take part in the IPO - A new feature to track and monitor pension transfers in real time (reduced queries about transfers by 40) - Reshaping of existing journeys to increase conversion across the sign up funnel, the reward claiming funnel and the pension transfer funnel - Introduced new journeys and products for self employed customers I also worked with the product team on setting up the right processes and best practices to increase efficiency and output of the teams. We increase planning efficiency of the delivery teams by 30% in 6 months and reduced the amount of technical release bugs by 80%.
