• Receive and validate MATLAB/Simulink software component models from OEMs (Nissan and Renault) and integrate them into the AUTOSAR Application Layer • Analyze and trace system requirements using IBM DOORS • Execute SIL unit tests and analyze failures through debugging and detailed failure justification • Perform integration tests to verify runnables execution and OS task scheduling • Support the model-based design team during new package deliveries • Ensure complete test traceability and adherence to AUTOSAR development methodology

Code Generation & Integration : • Generated AUTOSAR-compliant C code from customer Simulink models and integrated it within the AUTOSAR Application Layer. • Performed Model Advisor checks to assess the quality of Simulink models delivered by the client, analyzed reports, and ensured compliance with modeling and coding standards. • Investigated and resolved compilation and build errors encountered during model integration. • Used MATLAB Polyspace to analyze code generation warnings from Simulink models. Testing & Validation : • Designed and executed validation tests to verify the behavior of actuator and sensor software components (AUTOSAR Application Layer) based on software requirements. • Developed and executed integration tests to validate architecture elements, including memory consumption (RAM/ROM), stack size, and HIL tests to verify runnable execution and OS task scheduling. •Performed testing on manual and Vector VT System benches, simulating ECU input/output signals. • Conducted vehicle state tests and cockpit validation to verify ECU functional behavior under real operating conditions. • Create and execute CAPL scripts in CANoe to automate ECU testing and validation tasks. Debugging & Analysis : • Experienced in using tools: TRACE32 and WinIDEA for ECU debugging, flashing, and run-time analysis. • Reproduced and analyzed Problem Reports (CONCERN) related to acceptance and safety tests, supporting debugging and corrective actions. Traceability & Documentation : • Managed V-Model software traceability using IBM DOORS.
