As the leader of my BPM team, I drive our organization's business process capability and support business process owners in designing, managing, and optimizing workflows to achieve business objectives effectively and efficiently. My responsibilities include: - Documented existing business processes. - Collaborated with stakeholders to grasp their needs and priorities. - Designed and implementing processes using BPMN and the BPM tool Iterop. - Communicated process changes to relevant stakeholders and providing necessary training. - Leveraged statistical analysis tools. In addition, I played a pivotal role in integrating Iterop with our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) Alfresco that improved the document management. Key steps in this achievement: - Orchestrated the integration of Iterop with Alfresco through the creation of a functional specification document for API integration. - Collaborated with developers to design and implement a customized web service encapsulating the Alfresco API. - Configured the data and document exchange link between Iterop and the new web service. - Conducted thorough testing using web service methods. - Managed the deployment across various environments.
