Key responsibilities and achievements included: • Led a SaaS migration project, including Web Services and Single Sign-On (SSO), from design to production rollout. • Acted as technical reference for the group’s API strategy and authentication architecture. • Coordinated the integration of a call analytics solution (Nexidia), working with international teams and external vendors. • Managed real-time data flows for operational dashboards and monitoring tools (IBOARD). • Led the migration of the contact center platform (Genesys – SFR/OBS), ensuring continuity of service and alignment with business requirements. • Contributed to the definition and execution of the IAM/IAG roadmap within the CRM ecosystem. Throughout the mission, I was responsible for: • Structuring and prioritizing the product backlog. • Writing functional and technical specifications. • Coordinating developers, architects, analysts, and external partners. • Managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines. • Ensuring clear communication with stakeholders in an international context. Started as a Software Engineer and progressively took on a technical coordination role within projects delivered for a major media client (Canal+). Worked in a complex, service-oriented environment requiring strong reliability, security, and coordination between multiple stakeholders. Key responsibilities and contributions included: • Designed and developed inbound flow management tools for contact centers, supporting high-volume and business-critical operations. • Contributed to the integration of multiple systems through APIs and service-oriented architectures. • Acted as technical reference for the centralized authentication solution of the Canal+ information system. • Supported project delivery by bridging development teams and client stakeholders. • Served as site coordinator between ALTEN and Canal+, facilitating communication, alignment, and operational coordination. • Participated in documentation, knowledge sharing, and internal events organization to strengthen team collaboration.
