Enedis needed to rationalize and improve new app insertion process in their IT (On Boarding). Redesigning of the process, while relying on the official reference and the actual work done. Visualisation of the process on a shared Kanban board. Use of a Jira Structure, writing requirements for Kanban and non Kanban metrics (Lead Time, Cycle Time, total wait time in a month...).
