My role is to provide governance to the UE based projects as well as to support Sales team demoing the solution, scoping prospects projects and support the creation of the european team.

NetSuite is the world's leading provider of cloud-based business management software. We help companies manage core business processes with a single, fully integrated system covering ERP/financials, CRM, ecommerce, inventory and more. As the lead for Netsuites Professional Services sales activities across French speaking territories, my remit is to plan, sell and oversee the succesful delivery of Netsuite consulting projects across the region. • Lead Pre-Sales Professional services in French speaking territories, define and sell NetSuite PS delivery (Methodology & SoW definition) • Build strong relationship with licences Sales representative team, be the go-to contact about NetSuite delivery • OnBoarding and guidance of new channel partners

As the first element to have joined the new Delivery BU in France, my role was to manage several majors international projects, but also to support the exceptional growth of the French practice. Initiate the opening of the French PS Business Unit, participating in recruitment and setting the proper processes • Plan, manage and communicate the progress of projects to C level, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of a portfolio of projects – (+1M€) • Teams synchronization (Sales / Functional Delivery / Tech Delivery …) • Support Pre-Sales on large/complex prospect • Support and embedded new PM into the BU
