Work with subject matter experts to capture and develop solution advantages and align to win themes, CSFs and messaging across team. Analysis of proposed IT and service solutions, processes and activities in term of performance, costs and risks to overall bid strategy. AGT International, Switzerland Research project to analyse current Internet of Things (IoT) portfolio and performance versus competitors and validate commercial and pricing structure against customer needs through a series of interviews with North American and European city, transport and public safety IoT customers. Airbus Defence and Space, UK Bid management role responsible for the creation and development of all ITIL and eToM compliant business processes and the IT service catalogue for a RFP response to the UK Home Office ESMCP program. Led internal team and vendors to develop the end-to-end user experience and mobile handset strategy to conform to ESMCP requirements.

Programme Management at Vodafone NL Programme management for the development and launch of a national fibre broadband offer. Worked with internal sales, marketing, customer service and content teams as well counterparts at KPN and Reggefiber for launch in January 2012. Programme Management at Mobistar BE Managed a team integrating a suite of best-practice processes with Mobistar and Orange Luxembourg as part of the multi-million euro Oxygen IT transformation. Worked closely with IBM (Websphere ESB), Comverse (Comverse ONE Billing & Active Customer Management), CFO and CTO for the implementation of an integrated billing, payments, customer care and CRM system. Project Management at BASE BE Project Manager for the Wholesale department during a major enterprise-wide replacement and upgrade of provisioning and billing systems. Main tasks included coordination of projects plans with commercial and technical teams, tracking project change requests, defining testing and migration acceptance criteria, managing pre-migration database rationalisation, tracking and reporting to IT and Management steering committees and communicating progress and deploying support IT systems to partners. Project Management of new MVNO Operators at BASE BE Project Management of the development and launch of three MVNO operators in the Belgian market deploying a number of innovative technologies including seamless Wi-Fi to GSM call handover, data services for GPS devices and USSD-callback. Worked with the MNO’s Wholesale department to review and redesign operational processes and worked with technical, commercial and legal teams to plan, provision and launch these MVNOs. Process Design at BT Global Services, NL Worked with a team of BT staff to clearly define and document the relevant existing processes and systems for end-to-end ordering, switching and billing processes to identify potential areas of revenue leakage.

Business Development at Qinetiq, UK Qinetiq is a leading international defence and security technology company providing R&D and technologies for major government organisations, such as the UK MOD, the US DoD and for commercial customers around the world. Worked closely with various product development teams to research the commercial potential for several innovative technologies. Explored partnership possibilities and routes to market with various component manufacturers, equipment vendors and potential customers. Atlas Consortium, UK The ATLAS consortium (EDS, EADS, Fujitsu, General Dynamics and LogicaCMG) has a 10 year contract to develop the UK MoD ‘Defence Information Infrastructure’ (DII). As a key enabler for many of the modernisation initiatives that make up the Defence Change Programme, the ATLAS consortium is investigating new technologies that may play a role in the future shape of the DII. Wrote a White Paper detailing many of the new communication technologies and working practises that need to be considered for the DII and their implications for network operations, security, capacity management etc. 21Net, BE Benchmarked in-train WiFi against competitive offerings. Designed a series of tests designed to replicate the applications and tasks a typical customer might encounter on a train and conducted these tests to measure the speed, reliability and user experience of competing onboard Wi-Fi systems in Belgium, France and the UK. Test data was correlated with acquired GPS data to highlight network and infrastructure issues along the routes.

Worked with the Orange Business team to improve the quality and relevance of competitor intelligence, product design processes and product offerings. Researched and produced a number of business-specific competitor studies that were distributed to senior management in all Orange networks in Europe. Elements of the reports included organisational structures, product development processes and existing and future product strategies.
