This role included building and managing a larger Product Team with 5 Product Owners. As part of this, we deployed Jira Agile to manage developer's work with sprints, as well as Jira Service Desk for internal support. I participated in organizing the product & dev teams in 4 different units: ticketing, cashless, access control and CRM. This separation was also used to market the different products separately at all levels of the company. I defined the roadmap with management and daily follow-ups with all the team. The events industry is specifically challenging on this as requirements change fast and clients want the latest technology. As Head of Product, I had to contribute in processes throughout the company, from customer service to finance.

After Nemopay was bought by Weezevent, we worked on integrating this cashless payment solution with Weezevent's ticketing system. We were able to deliver the first solution which tightly integrated ticketing, access control and cashless. In 2015, our first year of operation, we delivered 12 successful events, including Les Vieilles Charrues, French's largest festival. The following years, we delivered 70 events and then more than 150 during the Summer festival season. The technical strength of the solution helped its quick adoption: - offline capabilities made its deployment possible on unstable networks - unique online features made it stand from the competition - simple deployment (mobile devices exclusively and custom made carrying cases) helped us scale quickly

Development of B2B iOS apps for a self-service online ticketing service: - an access control app allowing scanning of tickets using an iPod Touch equipped with a Linea Pro, with asynchronous operation to prevent any disruption in case of network issues - an iPad app integrating a POS web application, as well as an OpenWRT router to print to USB thermal printers
