- Manage Infrastructure as service for EU DC & ensuring resilient, scalable operations datacenters - Oversee end-to-end service delivery & services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs - Manage budget (Capex/Opex) for EU DC operational and transformational initiatives. - Manage highly technical teams for EU DC Operations and Projects - Build partners relationship for services stability, contract negotiation, RFP process - Maintain Technical architecture strategic plan, in line with the Group’s business roadmap - Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (build, upgrade, Datacenter migration, decommissioning) - Drive complex IT projects, including application integrations, platform upgrades, large scale datacenter migrations, and consolidation initiatives. - Ensure delivery governance, risk management, and compliance with Group security policies - Manage suppliers and solution lifecycle in collaboration with Group IT Contracting / Purchasing functions - Group cybersecurity strategy into multi-year, prioritized, and executable architecture - Review and approve major security and infrastructure initiatives.

- Manage all operations related to IT Infrastructure Service delivery of the following areas, i. Datacenter [Hosting / OS / Virtualization [vBlock & VMWare] / Backup / Storage, Citrix] ii. Networks [WAN / LAN / WiFi] iii. Workplace [EUS & FS] - Operational/Projects point of escalation for all centralized IT Infrastructure services - Manage infrastructure services through control of service indicators (SLAs and KPIs) - Manage transition between project phase and RUN and the impact on service and costs - Manage Infra Program Management [ BAU & DR ] 150+ Projects - Participate in major crises and coordinate Multi-team incidents - Lead the Customer Steerco committees and third-party service review meetings - Monitoring of the finances of the service contract and associated objectives - Managing teams more than 50 people for Onsite/Offshore delivery [France, Belgium, India]

- Implementation and managing VCE vBlock, Unity, VNX, DataDomain, VxRail in a production environment. - Architecture design, preparing BOM and providing solution roadmap to various RFP’s - Manage end-to-end accountability for project or program delivery - Vendor Management end to end discussion including SOW (Scope of Work) for transformation projects - Write and maintain the technical documentation of the IS (SIG, DAT, DEX) - Regular reporting of project status by week and monthly project committee - Manage Continuous Improvement Plan to deliver value and Customer satisfaction - Facilitate operational coordination with third-parties including Solution Vendors and Service Providers

- Server Management – supporting 2000 servers on VMware, Windows 2Kx - Hardware management – Drivers, Firmware, BIOS Updates, etc. - Vendor management – Co-ordinate for resolution of hardware issues - Firmware and Patch management through WSUS/SCCM - Develop status and metric performance reports daily/weekly/monthly
