Made a tool using VBA which tracked the performance of associates at the start and end of shift to provide coaching for any of the associates that will benefit from it which led to a 10% improvement in overall performance for the fulfilment centre.

I was involved with the MOT, maintenance and repair line for Metroline. I learnt checklists and process flows to identify faults and defects on buses. I was also taught end-to-end steps for maintenance of bus to ensure it is road-worthy and safe.

I worked with the HR recruitment team as an audit analyst. I also worked with their IT team and collaborated on setting up systems, imaging and configuration management on MSOffice.
