In my current role, I look after all the company secretarial functions, ensuring the meticulous upkeep of corporate records, statutory registers, and minutes. I implement robust corporate governance practices to guarantee compliance with legal and regulatory standards. As a strategic advisor to the Board, I provide expert counsel on legal obligations, corporate structure, and fiduciary duties. I also manage the coordination of board meetings, agenda preparation, and timely distribution of materials, enhancing decision-making processes. Additionally, I lead the preparation of annual reports, regulatory filings, and corporate disclosures, and ensure the proper execution of contracts and legal documents. I also spearhead corporate restructuring efforts, including mergers and acquisitions, while optimizing secretarial operations through technology integration.

During my association, I played a stellar role in driving the end-to-end project management, from planning and defining project scope to execution and successful closure, consistently delivering on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards. I directed SEO, online marketing, and web portal development projects, driving improvements in brand visibility and user experience. My role involved managing resource allocation, optimizing production schedules, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. I ensured smooth project execution by monitoring timelines, mitigating risks, and addressing any issues that arose. Additionally, with international experience across Europe and South America, I successfully delivered numerous projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

In this role, I successfully launched a new branch office, managing a 45-member team through training and project deployment. I led web development, SEO, and online marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery of high-impact projects.

As Project Manager, I managed software and web development projects, implementing SEO strategies to boost online presence. Leading a 40-member team, I ensured the timely delivery of high-quality projects that exceeded client expectations.

During my association with Wipro Limited, I contributed to the MSNIA team, progressing from a trainee to a full-time associate, where I played a key role in completing essential projects.
