• Designed impeller for greenhouse insect blower: AI-assisted energy optimization, FDM prototyping, MJF design/material selection, and supplier sourcing • Created PCB enclosure for grain temperature sensor: User-centered FDM design with potential for injection molding scale-up

• Design of modular furniture and exhibition stands tailored to client needs • Create technical drawings for production in Rhino 3D • Worked on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks independently to meet deadlines and client expectations

• Designed and developed next-generation line marking robots, Turf Tank Lite and Turf Tank Two. • Featured on TIME Magazine's "The Best Innovations of 2024". From initial ideas to 0-series production, my tasks included: • User research and tests • Concept development (sketching, prototyping, modelling) • Prototyping (low fidelity to high fidelity - cardboard models, 3D printing, CNC, etc.) • Advanced CAD/3D modelling in Solidworks • Circular product design (design for reuse, repair and recyclability) • Mechanical Design • DFMA (injection moulding, vacuum forming, aluminium extrusion, metal sheet bending) • Collaboration with software engineers, electronics team and various suppliers • Technical documentation

Tasks: • Facilitate problem solving with university student regarding their welfare, educational opportunities, etc. • Counsel and answer questions from students, potential future students, professionals and relatives about enrolment, university rules, the study environment, well-being and more.
