Leading a small team on various projects. In this role, I oversee all project phases, from conception to release and testing. I work on multiple B2B and B2C applications, which are managed with Collective Intelligence to create effective solutions and collaborate with users and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, BA, and IT. To ensure the success of these projects, I create and adapt plans and strategies that are aligned with the project's goals, truck schedules and budgets, provide user-centric solutions that address the specific needs of the end-users.

I specialize in designing B2B applications that enable traders to better manage their transactions and optimize their stock portfolios by visualizing, managing, and analyzing data. To ensure that these applications meet the needs of users, I analyze and study their requirements and propose intuitive interfaces that are adapted to the specificities of various stock markets in Europe, the UK, the US, and Asia. To deliver these applications successfully, I follow a range of best practices, conducting benchmark studies, facilitating co-creation workshops, iterating with users and technical teams, contributing to the backlog and managing the project using an Agile methodology. I also use design systems / Angular Web UI technology To develop solutions that meet the needs of users.

My expertise lies in developing versatile e-commerce platforms and websites on Liferay Marketplace, using Bootstrap-based design to create fully responsive themes with various features and components. These themes can be customized online to meet the unique requirements of each project. To ensure that my work meets the needs of users and businesses alike, I employ a range of techniques, such as creating personae, developing business plans, sketching user flows, and conducting UX research and focus groups. In addition to designing the user interface and user experience, I also manage projects and study development constraints, conduct technical and user tests, and track KPIs to evaluate the performance of the platform or website.

I have expertise in creating a fully responsive platform for Life Insurance Central, which is based on two key components. The first is a Calculator Needs feature, which enables users to compare their estimated future expenses with their estimated income, to help determine their insurance needs. The second is a Quick Clack feature that provides a general estimate based on the user's annual income. To develop this platform, I conducted a comprehensive study of existing components and developed sketches, project management strategies, and studied development constraints. Additionally, I conducted UX research, focus groups, and brainstorming sessions to ensure that the platform met the needs of end-users. In terms of the platform's design, I created responsive web platforms with user-friendly interfaces that make it easy for users to interact with the different features and functions.
