Official Manpower and Services is a recruitment firm specializing in sourcing international manpower for the Qatari market. As a full-time Data Analyst, I led digital modernization efforts and optimized internal processes through data-driven solutions. Key Contributions: --> Rebuilt the company’s website using WordPress to improve user experience, search engine visibility, and access to services. --> Audited and enhanced the usage of the internal ERP system to centralize worker data and reduce reliance on Excel files. --> Designed and implemented real-time dashboards for the HR department to monitor key metrics such as placements, arrivals, and recruitment trends.

I did my PFE internship with the Terra Modus company. It was a rewarding experience where I developed and implemented an advanced predictive system for real estate price estimation. My tasks included collecting and pre-processing data, training machine learning models, and deploying an intuitive web application using Flask. I also collaborated with the team to integrate and validate the models on their official website.

During my internship at ALSA Al Baida, a major urban transport operator, I developed an interactive web dashboard application using the Python Streamlit framework. The goal was to create personalized dashboards for each bus driver, enabling real-time monitoring of key performance indicators such as punctuality, fuel consumption, distance traveled, and revenue. I integrated real-time data from a SQL Server database, implemented dynamic visualizations, and wrote custom SQL queries to retrieve and display operational data. This project allowed me to strengthen my skills in Python development, data visualization, and database management, while contributing directly to the operational efficiency of a public transportation network.

As part of this internship, I joined the Information Systems Division of the Budget Directorate. I worked on the analysis and visualization of budgetary data through the ministry’s decision-making portal, using IBM Cognos Analytics. My main task was to design regulatory financial reports—including the evolution of payment and commitment credits—through dynamic cross-tab reports and interactive visualizations for the period 2018–2022. This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in business intelligence, multidimensional data analysis, and financial reporting, while gaining valuable insight into how information systems function within a public administration environment.
