-Set up the consolidation function at Qonto (a top french unicorn fintech), bringing the process in-house from KPMG - Led the preparation of Qonto's inaugural consolidated IFRS financial statements in-house, covering auditor-ready IFRS adjustment working papers, primary financial statements and the supporting appendices under Amelkis Opera (IT tool) -Oversaw interactions with external auditors -Developed Qonto's IFRS accounting policies, with a particular focus in December 2024 on establishing the IFRS 9 policy -Established the team structure and obtained approval to hire two additional staff members - Fast-tracked through probation, confirmed in 3 months versus the standard 9-month timeline Acquiring experience: i. Successfully prepared Qonto’s first consolidation statements, approved by auditors in early May, and ii. secured approval for a complex accounting policy aligned with Qonto’s views after many exchanges with auditors' technical department

5 years of experience in France and internationally at Deloitte, supporting finance departments with their most complex projects, focusing on five main areas of development: i. Assistance in the merger of a major French CAC 40 company following the acquisition of a similarly sized competitor ii. IFRS transition from local GAAP to IFRS for unicorns or mid-sized companies in cases of first-time consolidation or in an IPO context iii. Drafting memoranda on complex multi-GAAP accounting policy issues in partnership with Deloitte’s technical department (IFRS, French and Swiss GAAP) iv. IPO assessments for high-growth companies looking to list on regulated markets v. Internal control review for a major financial institution following its acquisition by a competitor
