It is present all over the territory and through 17 agencies it offers the following services:  Family allowances  Occupation Accidents/injuries and Diseases  Support-Counselling and Training on risk prevention Both institutions have engaged in a reconciliation process which, in the medium term, should result in the modernization and harmonization of their information systems. So IPRES and CSS have decided to install a modern and common technological and applicative platform (Oracle's PSRM) that will enable them to: Make significant scale savings, Reduce the employers’ membership application files processing time through the development of a common portal, Optimize the procedures of billing, collection and recovery, Secure the two institutions’ procedures, and Notably improve their services level and quality. Roles & Responsibilities: ===================== - Providing functional & technical consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients towards the successful implementation of PSRM product. - Analyzing and informing the client on options, risks, and any impacts on processes or systems. - Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology among designers and developers. - Providing substantial technical knowledge of java & config tools development within the OUAF framework to team members. - Design solution for form uploads, payments, benefits, asset based billing etc.

Suez Water North America uses Oracle CC&B to generate the invoices every month based on the readings provided by various meter management systems like Sensus/Neptune or operational teams. My Contributions: =================== - Provided a detailed review on some of the unexpected behavior of BILLING after implementation of smart meters, so the reverse engineering effort is done both functionally & technically to analyze: - Integration involved between Sensus/neptune with CC&B. - CC&B application billing configurations. - Custom programs involved in the validation & estimation of the readings in the billing process.

As part of this engagement we are involved in the design, development and support of the CC&B customizations for the Customer. The functional areas covered are Customer Account Management, Billing, Payments and Rates. The life cycle of the development is Analysis of the functional specifications, technical analysis and preparation of IDD, Development and unit test of the functional specifications, preparation of the impact study as and when required and Bug fixing for delivered modules. Role: Senior Designer & Technical expert. Contributions: • Preparations of various documents on Functional Specification, Design Specification and Program Specification. • Creation of multiple scripts (BPA & PLSQL blocks) to enhance multiple requirements. • Offshore team co-ordination with onsite developments and changes & comprehensive review of code quality. • Successful implementation of Continuous Integration using Maven, Cruise control & GIT for CC&B. • Multiple Training sessions for new trainees on technical & functional aspects of CC&B.

I am involved in the design, development and support of the CC&B customization s for the Customer. The functional areas covered are Customer Account Management, Billing, Payments and Rates. The life cycle of the development is Analysis of the functional specifications, technical analysis and preparation of IDD, Development and unit test of the functional specifications, “Peer Review” of the unit plans of tests (UTP) to evaluate the contents of the functional specification, preparation of the impact study as and when required and Bug fixing for delivered modules. Role: Team Lead, Designer and Senior Developer My Contribution: • Worked on designing multiple technical & functional documents. • Developed Java programs for Algorithm, Batch, Change Handlers and Service Programs. • Worked on Config tools like BPA and Service scripts, Business Services, XAI Services, Maintenance Objects, Business Objects • Worked on different functional areas like billing, rates, payments, adjustment, meter management and overdue process. • Expertise in all functional areas of CC&B including Customer Data management, Meter management, Rates, Billing, Payments and Credit & Collections.
