Managed Robotic Process Automation (UiPath), SAP (ECC to S/4 HANA) & Oracle Database migration projects in tandem for North-American clients, leading 15 developers to on-time & above client expectation (OTACE) delivery. Achieved 100% success on integration of 96 committed features to the APS NG Production platform across 8 major releases and 8 minor releases, consistently delivering greater than 85% business value each PI to Airbus Migrated supplier data from legacy Windchill applications (PDMLink, Primes-PS SSI, PSS, CCM) to their in-house PLM platform of Airbus while improving architecture (MBSE) via open-source distributed event streaming tools. Developed a novel 5-level Advanced Data Search aimed at enhanced product-structure object navigation as part of JEE Obsolescence while providing user-centric evolutions Facilitated development of an AWS-powered tool with search functionality to ease document access to existing project resources as well as to reduce knowledge gap besides faster onboarding & upskilling of new team-members by 25% Updated the knowledge repository of Capgemini’s Airbus PDM project by collating 27 functional documents and artifacts from Product Owners & SME’s of CCCS and CPAO as part of a kaizen initiative, eliminating technical debt Accepted ownership of partially completed features such as DMU Context Query (All programs) & Nacelle Integration System (SA) from onshore feature teams, performed feature walkthrough and then supervised business logic fixes, code refactoring & error resolution besides completing the feature to enable successful deployment with 11.5% cost-savings

-Spearheaded Cross-Functional Team to successfully achieve Initial Operational Clearance for the $600 billion indigenously designed and developed Light combat Aircraft (LCA/Tejas), Dec 2013. -Mentored production control team and Co-ordinated with IT department to enable online tracking of status during various stages of a component's process value chain. -Developed schematics and Supervised the introduction of Inventory Control & Feedback module that saved $2.2 million worth Line Replacement Unit (LRU) in third quarter FY2014-2015. -Achieved successful test of Structural Test Specimen, Fuel Test Rig and Static Load Test of LCA ( Army & Navy trainers) & the first Navy Fighter prototype. -Implemented action plan for quicker snag disposition in daily production of LCA components reducing time for snag generation and disposition by 50% (previous avg. time: 6 days to new avg. time: 3 days).

Integrated the GE-F404-IN20 Turbofan engine to Rear fuselage of the LCA after homologation. Planned, Scheduled & Assembled Front & Center Fuselage of LCA Trainer & Naval Prototype using Catia V5 extensively for model building, assembly simulation and CAD/CAM/CAE. Co-ordinated with HAL and Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) to build LCA mock-up for Republic Day Parade 2011. Integrated the GE-F404-IN20 Turbofan engine to Rear fuselage of the LCA after homologation. Upgrade old prototype with new age Unified Electronics Warfare System. Co-ordinated with designers to assemble and test the first Fuel Test Rig of LCA (Mk I phase) Transformed inventory monitoring by implementing transition of stock-keeping and error reporting (manual/verbal) to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) based , customized at the back end with due IT assistance .
