Introduction
I am a senior consultant with almost 20 years of experience on governance solutions for business development. I have both technical and functional skills built on engineering studies in automation and computing science. After my first certification on “Clarity PPM” in 2005 I started a long career around governance solutions implementation. My aspiration to business consultancy guided me to prepare an executive MBA with Audencia business school. This general Exec MBA was a great achievement with cross knowledge and tools on strategy, Finance, Marketing, Resourcing, Innovation but also on Leadership. I worked in France, United Kingdom or Dubai with clients from multiple sectors: communication, retail, beauty, transport, aviation, telecom, automobile, pharma, Banks and Insurance. With this rich panel of experiences, with my analytical vision and my capacity of adaptation, I am able to work on my own or in groups to share ideas in a team for problem-solving and target a better dynamic for business. MICHELIN from Jun 2020 to Dec 2022 For the engineering department, I was in charge of a new PPM solution implementation. The project was a worldwide deployment and a big challenge in optimising processes to facilitate adoption by managers and end users. I leaded the project and did the design, developments, xog data migration and the deployment after validation with customer in a sprint cadence. Go live was given in January 2022. For the IT department, I realised the integration of a new module in Clarity based on an access custom application. This enables my client to minimize time when elaborating strategic plan based on aggregated data from ideas, projects, resources and finance modules. The delivered module offers also the capacity to archive intermediate and approved plans. During this period I also participated in the upgrade of the Clarity environment from 15.7.3 to 15.9.2. For the Digital learning department, we integrated this department into the IT Clarity solution. This enables DL department to manage their projects in a PPM tool after years on Excel files. The use of Modern User Exerience has facilitated the integration using custom blueprints. PPM environments: Clarity PPM, Sciforma and Primavera.

2023-2024 Publicis - MENA, CEE, ITALY, NORDIC, APAC Application Architect and Project Lead As a Project Lead and Application Architect assigned to MENA region for a roll out program of SAP and Clarizen (Planview) cross 7 countries and for more than 2K user, I was responsible on the portfolio and project governance solution. Based on Planview Adaptive Work, this group solution is the target governance solution to improve business management for more efficiency with resources’ optimization in creating value. This application was one component in a large ecosystem integrated to SAP, Sales Force, HR and to the Reporting Tool. My principal activities were to ensure the solution adoption to the target business in a key project phase through workshops with customer (Business). This phase was the most important to understand the business model of all and each agency from the 75 in total and to drive business objectives to the designed solution. Later, in an end-to-end development project we delivered the identified enhancements necessary to meet the local requirements. Finally, in a global change management process, I trained people before delivering the optimal solution with the adequate conditions to create and to develop business in the core model to each agency. In the one PPM team, I also participated to deliver other milestones for other regions like Italy, Nordic or CEE in this Worldwide roll out experience. With similar objectives for all and each region, most of the time, customer relation management was the differentiator key for success.

I worked for both COGNIZANT and DEXIA as they shared the same Clarity PPM solution to manage projects and by the way co-validate timesheets to finally define the amount to be charged to DEXIA for COGNIZANT. I studied with the stakeholders as a PPM architect the business needs to finish by designing and implementing a new module in Gelscript within CA Clarity PPM. The module allows a common monitoring of activities including a multi-approbation timesheets from the two entities. The project was managed in Scrum which gave us more flexibility to take into account the complexity of the solution in merging needs from both companies.
