Prospecting strategy: - Participate in the development of a clear prospecting strategy by identifying target market segments, personas and effective prospecting channels. - Carry out in-depth research into potential customers, including competitor analysis, to identify sales opportunities. - Create personalised message templates and sales scripts for the different stages of the prospecting process. Data enrichment: - Implement tools and processes to collect and enrich prospect data, including contact information, social profiles, interests and needs. - Use third-party data enrichment tools to obtain additional information about prospects, such as company size, turnover, location, etc. - Integrate the enriched data into the CRM system Automation: - Assess existing sales processes and identify repetitive or manual tasks that could be automated. - Implement sales automation tools such as lead management systems, automated email campaigns, etc. - Integrate automation tools with the CRM system to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of the sales team.
