Main projects: * Préfecture d’Occitanie (Occitanie region) Public policy design project to deliver public services to a rural senior population with low digital literacy living in a mountain area : user research, focus groups, ideation, conception, tests. * Etablissement Français du Sang (blood donors organization) Service design project to improve communication flows between blood collection mobile teams and headquarters: user research to identify challenges, online concertation, ideation workshops, conception. * Other missions for various clients : Grand Paris Seine et Oise, Bayard Media, DGEFP, Roche Pharma *Internal projects : Taskforce to develop frameworks for organizations to meet both business and positive social, societal, environmental impact.
