Projects: - New 2G/3G/4G/WTTX Sites Activation and Optimization: Customer's network keeps growing, our goal here is to take care of the performance of new sites all around the network. - Automatic Frequency Planning to reduce co-channel and adjacent channel interference of Quality improvement. - U900 re-farming : in order to increase the 3G coverage all around the country as requested by the customer, a study is ongoing by our RPO team in order to deliver a solution for that project. Global Service Delivery (NETWORK OPERATION CENTER) December 2014 - Aout 2015: Senior Network Analyst at Alcatel-Lucent Cameroon. PROJECT: Orange Cameroon “RAN Renewal” MISSIONS: Support Engineer on 2G and Transmission (Microwave) : - Responsible for L2 tickets, be the interface with 3rd level support to collect traces; - On site troubleshooting for Node crash, investigate the QoS degradation; - Support the on field NOC and supervision team to solve L2 problem within SLA; - Integrate all network element (2G sites & MPR )into the system (OMC & NMS); - Have to be on call to support supervision team in case of L2 incident. Integration Engineer for 2G and Transmission (Microwave): - Responsible to integrate all network element (2G sites & MPRs) into the system (OMC); - Execute QoS Work order and support rollout activities. Basics Tasks on 3G Server (WMS): - Checking Node Status; - Checking Current & Historical alarms status; - Checking parameters status.

Project : DCN (Data Communication Network) of Orange Cameroon: The project consists of Monitoring all the Base Stations (BS) of the Access Network using the Alcatel Lucent 9500 MPR (Microwave Packet Radio) equipment. • Designing OSPF areas with all the Base Stations over the country. • Defining configurations for the MPRs: IP parameters, RF parameters, Synchronization details, OSPF areas, etc.; • On site survey and deployment all over the Country ; • Upgrading MPRs Releases; • Day to day updating of data to fill a balance-sheet (the logical view) for Orange Cameroon.
