Réseau national des solutions pour la transition écologique 🍃 La communauté française des éco-entreprises (clusters nationaux et régionaux, pôles de compétitivité, fédérations professionnelles) s’est réunie depuis plus de 15 ans au sein du PEXE dans une démarche collective pour favoriser le développement de la filière et de son écosystème et accélérer ainsi la transition écologique et énergétique. J'ai la chance de participer à la transition écologique depuis août 2023, en tant que Chargé de Communication 💻 Au programme, la découverte de la communication d'une ESS avec de nombreuses missions : - Veille interne et externe sur les sujets de la transition écologique et des innovations - Réponses aux différents appels à projet - Community management sur tous les différents réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube) - Prises de vues, montage et retouche photo - Evènementiel (organisation d'events (Pollutec, Produrable, le Forum...) - Création de contenus (articles sites web, bannières, vidéos, posts RS) - Création de supports de communication (infographies, white papers, présentations, kakémonos, identités graphiques, newsletters, sondages) L’association PEXE a donc pour mission de déployer des actions concrètes au service des PME et ETI de la transition écologique et d’accompagner les acteurs industriels et territoriaux en mutation ♻

Après plusieurs tentatives pour rejoindre cette entreprise « créatrice de mondes » depuis 1986, j’ai enfin pu apporter ma pierre à l’édifice tout en terminant mon Master 2 🚀 J’ai eu la chance de rejoindre l’équipe « Future of Work », chargée de guider l’entreprise à travers les évolutions du monde du travail, le tout à l’international 🌎 Au programme, des missions polyvalentes en tant que Chargé de Communication : - Veille interne et externe sur les sujets du Future of Work - Communication interne avec Teams, Sharepoint ainsi que le réseau social interne à l’entreprise - Community management sur deux axes, pour tous les employés d’Ubisoft (22k personnes), et pour le top management (CEO et COMEX) - Création de contenus (sites web, bannières, articles, vidéos, posts RS) - Création de supports de communication (infographies, white papers, présentations, toolkits, identités graphiques, newsletters, sondages) J’ai pu découvrir le secteur RH et avoir la chance de m’adresser à un public très large, en rendant mes communications uniques pour guider vers le changement ⚡️

"Let's create tomorrow's mobility together 🚀" Ezymob's vision is to offer innovative technological solutions to improve the daily life of people with disabilities by making public transport networks and ERP (Establishments Receiving Public) accessible to ensure autonomy and mobility for all. I had the chance to share this vision during my first year of work-study, as Communication Manager at Ezymob 💻 On the program, the discovery of accessible communication with many missions: - Internal and external monitoring of accessibility and disability issues - Responses to various calls for projects - Community management on all the different social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and Instagram) - Realization of field tests every week (reception and guidance of our users, shooting and videos) - Photo editing and retouching - Events (organization of online events, participation in Vivatech) - Content creation (websites, banners, articles, videos, SM posts) - Creation of communication supports (infographics, white papers, presentations, kakemonos, graphic identities, newsletters, surveys) Ezymob is a technological revolution to help people with disabilities, and I am proud to have been able to participate in it 🦾

After my first experience at Disneyland Paris, I was able to put my skills into practice at Publicis, and more precisely in the production company Content Factory by Prodigious 🎥 The opportunity for me to work with brands like Renault or L'Oreal, and to manage different projects: - From events, with Vivatech first of all, I had the chance to be project manager on the creation of a 2 meters by 2 meters cube entirely in customizable LEDs and to manage a small team to complete this project! And on the Solidays, with the main mission of collecting and editing IG stories from festival-goers to make loops that were broadcasted in all the Monoprix of Paris during the 3 days of the festival. But also framing and organization on the 3 days! - Community management, on Instagram (B2C & B2B) and LinkedIn (B2B) - Content creation for social networks - Photo shooting and editing - Creation of goodies for the production company I was lucky enough to not be taken for an intern but for a real employee of the company, to carry out a plurality of projects more interesting than the others 🚀

What better than a world full of magic for a first professional experience? ✨ I was lucky enough to get my first internship at Disneyland Paris, in the press / communication department, the opportunity for me to participate in many missions: - Writing articles for the press website DLP News - Press releases and press kits - Analysis of media coverage - E-mailings - Framing on the park on different events - Assistance with filming - Welcoming celebrities/influencers This first internship validated my intention to continue in the field of communication thanks to an extraordinary experience, while keeping the creative aspect 🎨
