• Performed due diligence for clients during the acquisition process of other companies by drafting reports on target companies’ tax and labour law compliance • Drafted employment contracts for foreign executives working in Chile by analyzing contracts negotiated in France and ensuring fair tax equalization in order to guarantee equal compensation • Structured and wrote legal opinions on tax law reform, informing clients on which legal regime to select before the start of 2017, in order to optimize tax efficiencies • Represented the company in events organized by the French embassy and Business France (French government agency for exports and international investments promotion)
