The digital lab is an innovation lab within BNPP PF with a dedicated team & a startup mindset. It aims at designing and experimenting new products & services from prototypes in order to reduce uncertainty. Our goal is to continuously impulse innovation into our business lines, providing methods, tools and expertise to develop proof of concepts. As digital innovation leader, I am in charge of providing innovative tools & new ways of working in order to impulse change in our business lines. Certified in creative problem solving methodology, I am animating ideation workshops & brainstormings. As product owner, I am in charge of developing minimum viable products (MVP) with various business lines & countries, using agile mindset & methodology.

- Digital transformation & quality service optimization : implementing an internal marketing strategy for the IT Department, satisfaction & user experience surveys, communication plan and communication tools development (newsletter, online community, intranet website) - Innovation development: Participation in the creation of an innovation lab, animation of creativity sessions & brainstorming, internal community animation - Product development & POC: customer surveys, gathering requirements and customer needs, functional specifications, UX design, user testing, A/B testing, communication & promotion, gathering feedback

- Corporate & retail websites management: daily basis editorial updates, editorial calendar management, websites optimization, retail newsletter management, SEO optimization, analytics - Digital innovation: Participation in the creation of an educational online avatar in order to improve the educational section of the website corporate website for the children - Editorial management of the external institutional print magazine: monthly meetings animation, agency management, editorial committee network animation
