Mission realized within the Data and Analytics department, I am responsible, for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, for the development of new reporting and data analysis applications linked to an artificial intelligence solution for recommending customer interactions as part of Commercial planning. My main responsibilities include the following - I ensure the strategic alignment of the products' vision for which I am responsible - I ensure the return on investment of products' innovations - I steer the development team's roadmap, feeding the backlog with new functionalities to be developed, gathering customer requirements and creating user stories. - participate in the deployment, training and adoption of developed products - I guaranty that the “Voice of the Customer” is heard and I ensure that all developments are in line with customer needs. Main results: - Deployment (scaling) and improvement of an AI program parameterization tool to optimize Commercial plans. - Development and scaling of a reporting tool to review, validate and monitor the pharmaceutical company's drug Commercial plans. - Used weekly in over 26 countries, by more than 160 users. - Management of an average annual budget of 350 k€.

As an independent consultant, I support companies and organizations in their continuous improvement and management activities, providing them with advice, methods and tools for structuring decision-making and steering their innovation activities. - Product Management - Process auditing, VSM, optimization, standardization - Training and management of problem-solving projects. - Visual management and capacity management - Performance management, definition of KPIs, production of decision-making dashboards - Development of decision-making applications - Automation of data processing, creation of alert reports, etc. - Project management, strategic planning, capacity planning, milestone-based management, deployment of project management tools.

Having taken over the management of the company in September 2011, I initially focused on maintaining and developing privileged relationships with our long-standing customers. Convinced that the Company's sustainable and harmonious development depends on stimulating and mastering our capacity to innovate in the healthcare sector, I have developed new relationships and long-term partnerships with organizations in the healthcare sector involved in the continuous improvement and management of their innovation activities. - Business development : x3 Sales Growth Communications in conferences and trade shows, Technology watch, sales proposals, contractualization. Customer satisfaction monitoring - Team management and leadership: Definition and monitoring of objectives, performance management (KPI, OKR) Management of training plans (skills upgrading), search for complementarities. - Development and diversification of service offering: Redesign of message and communication media (website, brochure, video, presentation).

- Area covered: Therapeutic Research and Development in pharmaceutical industry. - Location: Headquarter in the region of Paris (1/3) and international structures (2/3). - Details of missions: * Implementation and Optimization of process forecasted resources estimations (human and financial) for the development of clinical projects portfolio of a major French pharmaceutical company. * Help deploying a project management tool by time, cost and resources (OPX2 P5 - Planisware) within the Therapeutic Research and Development directorate. Upstream advice to the prototype development, support and guidance to users (in France and abroad). * Development of tools and dashboards for the Department of Therapeutic Research and Clinical Operations, enabling a retrospective and prospective analysis of resource requirements in different structures (French and international) based on development schedules, priorities and the "weight" of projects.

- Implementation of tools for estimating human resources needs for the Department of Clinical Operations of a major French pharmaceutical company. - Coordination and optimization of process management around the forecasted resources estimations.
