Responsibilities: Scrum master for 4 data reporting/maintenance teams. Training around agility and its application inside data department. Building transition plan to Kanban framework for the full department. Backlog organisation training. Removing teams impediment inside and outside the department. Coaching about backlog organisation around domain lead.

Responsibilities - Facilitating ceremonies inside each team - Helping teams to embrace the agile mindset and/or to put structure around it. - Training the teams to the use of Target Process (JIRA-like software). - Adapting Target Process to their needs. - Creating value regarding their processes using value stream mapping techniques. - Supporting POs into defining objectives for the next quarter based on department oriented key results (OKR). - Coaching POs in their new roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities - Facilitating ceremonies inside the team and synchronization events (PI planning and Scrum of Scrums). - Helping team to embrace the agile mindset using facilitation's techniques (serious games, example mapping, story mapping, value stream mapping and other various workshops.). - Coaching the PO with backlog prioritization and forecasting dependencies between teams on short and long term, and improving communication inside the team and towards the stakeholders. - Remove impediments inside and outside the team.

Responsibilities: - Scrum master inside a development team (5-10 people depending on workload). Empowered team to embrace Scrumban, use of scrum events (daily scrum, DoD, scrum planning, scrum retrospective). - Animating workshops about backlog prioritisation with the product owner (who was the client) and helping her out to maximise transparency in communication with management. - Technical coordinator CMS (Content Management System)/CRM (Customer relationship management) (Salesforce). Coordination between several stakeholders on multiple CRMs for 12 countries. - Initiating client and development team to Scrumban framework. - Using and improving the Scrumban framework. - Collecting estimates from team and defining budget estimation for all projects.

Mission for PYCO GROUP Responsibilities: - Training team on the use of the new Kanban tool with the help of the agile coach. - Learning about the common translation tool ING used and then share my new knowledges to the copywriting team. - Coordinating translation projects (in English, Dutch, French and German) for different ING teams and ensure the translation in French. - Coaching and training on ING tone of voice in writing communications to other teams. The goal was to share the knowledge and the responsibilities of writing communications. - Analysing writing content requests from stakeholders and scope definition. - Communicate the requests to the copywriting team and evaluate their workload with the product owner. - Follow up of the quality of the translation projects, according to planning and respecting the copywriting team's definition of done. -

Mission for PYCO GROUP Responsibilities: - Elaborating content strategy for Nissan social media. - Improving post and content calendar quality using Facebook metrics. - Creating and planning Facebook content calendar for Nissan. - Follow-up on publications and analysis of public interactions. - Moderating comments and interactions and make sure that they don't have a negative impact on the brand.
