Périmètre : 130 M€ CA | 15 filiales | 4 sites industriels | 400 collaborateurs. PILOTAGE BUSINESS & COORDINATION - Interface CEO & Référent Europe : Responsable du périmètre Europe auprès du CEO Groupe ; chef de projet et point d'entrée unique sur l'ensemble des sujets stratégiques régionaux. - Animation des Business Reviews : Pilotage des revues mensuelles avec les GMs/CFOs ; challenge systématique de la performance (CA, Marges, Mix produits/clients/canaux, BFR). - Accompagnement Terrain : Soutien du CEO en filiales (revues trimestrielles) ; rédaction des synthèses CEO-level, définition des plans d’actions et suivi rigoureux du follow-up. - Gouvernance Transverse : Animation du meeting mensuel Europe (Finance, Achats, Marketing, Indus, S&OP, R&D) pour aligner les fonctions sur les priorités business. PERFORMANCE FINANCIÈRE & RESPONSABILITÉ P&L - Pilotage du P&L Europe : Responsable de la performance consolidée multi-pays; production du reporting et des analyses financières stratégiques pour le top management Kingspan et support aux décisions d'investissement. - Optimisation Profit & Cash : Réduction de -10% des frais fixes en un an et amélioration drastique du BFR (Stocks : 2,1 → 1,5 mois | DSO : 3,0 → 2,6). - Analyse Stratégique : Modélisation de rentabilité (élasticité prix/volume, P&L produits) pour sécuriser les marges et les appels d'offres en contexte de marché challengeant. - Efficience Data & Indus : Déploiement de tableaux de bord Power BI et création d'outils de "Forecast Accuracy" pour aligner la production sur les volumes de ventes réels.

Écosystème complet facilitant l'installation et les séjours au Mexique pour expatriés, étudiants et voyageurs. - Structuration et gestion de 30+ partenariats stratégiques (SkyScanner, Wise, Booking, Mondassur, Boursorama) avec négociation d'offres exclusives - Croissance organique : 1 000+ visiteurs mensuels via stratégie SEO, production de contenu hebdomadaire et création d'un e-book partenaire - Constitution d'un réseau de 50+ logements référencés à travers le Mexique - Mise en place d'un service client sur-mesure garantissant un accompagnement personnalisé et un taux de satisfaction élevé - Positionnement comme référence sur l'expatriation et les études au Mexique

- Operational management of a portfolio of 6 shopping centers: implementation of strategies and action plans in relation with all internal departments and external contacts. Planning and monitoring the proper execution of investment projects: timing, cost and profitability. - Financial planning and analysis: creation of financial models to measure investment actions for presentation to the board, measurement of the impact of works, contract renegotiations. Participation in the elaboration of budgetary hypotheses (rental statements, CAPEX, OPEX, concluded negotiations). - Financial control: monthly monitoring and analysis of financial results vs n-1 and budgets/forecasts. Monthly performance reporting. Supervision of the accounting team for expense liquidations and cash collection missions. Preparation of expert packs for asset valuation. Performing on-site reports. - Organization of review, financial planning and budgeting processes, (Expenses, 5 year plan, Marketing). Consolidation of budgets. - Detection of risks and opportunities: monitoring of marketing with the leasing team and potential risks (billing, doubtful customers, litigation). Responsible for the medium term strategy of two assets on projects over 1 million euros.

- Audit of financial statements in English and French for investment funds, companies, and other industries (Private Equity, Real Estate, OpCo, ManCo). - Recalculation of SNA, SOP, portfolios, derivatives, market value, performance, unit value of shares. - Regulatory monitoring according to different types of laws/standards (GAAP, IFRS, AIFM; SFTR). - Follow-up of files with the Audit teams until final signature.
