I work end-to-end, from technical architecture and product development to infrastructure, deployment, and observability. My work focuses on TypeScript, fullstack development, and AI Engineering, including LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, and AI evaluations. - Product & GTM: Bootstrapped a B2B prospecting SaaS shipping to paying customers across 8 European markets in one year, 2-person team, alone on the tech side. - Enrichment pipeline: Designed and shipped a real-time pipeline (scraping + multi-source data-crossing agents + waterfall enrichment) running under 10s per lead with no concurrency cap. - Full-stack ownership: Owned architecture, infrastructure, deployment, and observability end-to-end. - Closing decision: Closed when AI commoditised the workflow and defensibility shifted from execution to domain depth.

- Social system development: Led backend side the creation of a comprehensive social system for a micro trading app, including messaging, following, content sharing, moderation tools, geozone management and compliance restrictions. - Technical debt management: Regularly addressed and reduced technical debt to maintain system efficiency.

- Acquisition funnel: Built a framework to optimize user journeys and boost conversions. - Kubernetes migrations: Led critical service migrations to Kubernetes, enhancing scalability and reliability. - Payment service ownership: Managed a key payment service, handling up to 300 requests/min. - Technical interviews: Designed and maintained the technical interview process. - Leadership: Drove key initiatives and promoted best practices for large-scale applications. - JS Advocate: Championed JavaScript best practices across the company.

- PSD2 compliance & fraud reduction: Ensured compliance with PSD2, significantly reducing fraud and improving payment flows. - Debt reduction: Streamlined processes to reduce company debt by approximately €10M in under a year. - Data migration: Participate to the migration of over 3 million active users from Kapten to FreeNow. - PSP integration: Integrated a new Payment Service Provider, enhancing payment operations.

- GTFS data editor: Developed a tool for editing GTFS data, improving accuracy and efficiency. - Geospatial data visualization: Implemented tools to visualize and edit mobility-related geospatial data, enhancing data comprehension.

- Spatial data mapping: Analyzed multidimensional qualitative spatial data from the Linguistic Atlas of France. - Software development: Built a tool for spatial interpolation and vectorial map visualization.
