Ayman CHAFAI

I designed and engineered ResumeAdapter end-to-end — a full-stack AI SaaS product that analyzes job descriptions and resumes to help job seekers optimize their applications and pass ATS filters. This project showcases my ability to take a technical product from zero to production, with a 360° ownership mindset: Front-End Built the UI using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS, with a focus on performance (95+ Lighthouse scores), accessibility, and a clean, responsive user experience. Back-End / API Developed custom parsing and semantic analysis logic. Integrated OpenAI APIs for scoring and resume feedback. Built secure endpoints using Node.js and deployed serverless functions via Vercel. AI / Prompt Engineering Designed custom GPT prompts to extract missing keywords, generate improvement suggestions, and simulate recruiter/ATS feedback with contextual relevance. SEO and Core Web Vitals Optimized all pages for Google indexing with structured data, Open Graph tags, sitemaps, and SSR/SSG. Achieved over 10,000 organic impressions and first conversions within 6 weeks. Data & Insights Integrated Mixpanel, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs to track user behavior, funnel metrics, and SEO performance. Used data to continuously optimize content and UX. CI/CD & Infrastructure Git-based workflow deployed on Vercel. Built with scalability, maintainability, and rapid iteration in mind. This project reflects my product-focused mindset, my ability to merge user experience with strong engineering practices, and my capacity to execute independently at startup speed.
