• Developed a new mobile application that manages company activities and data flow (metrology, measurements, creation of certificates, and quotes) and link the application to the server database. • Improved the ergonomics of the website and web application by adding new features (virtual assistance, blogs, etc.) and fixing bugs and issues. • Implemention : deploying, installing, and testing the mobile application on Android devices, with ongoing follow-up for updates.

• Designed and built a Dashboard for managers using Python, Plotly and Excel to visualize in real-time the KPIs, production progress and performance of each member in the production line. • Developed in-house web app using Flask, React, and HTML/CSS that allowed the executive team to manage and monitor the production line, access and generate reports, and access the production database. • Collaborated with 3 interns and senior developer to brainstorm and implement ideas and feedback into app's development and scalability (Making the webapp accessible for clients to follow in real-time.the progress of their orders).
