Senior product owner for an AI research project. The project's goal is to build, train and improve an AI model that could be used to drive / direct disabled equiments (eg wheelchair) using only their thought and interpreting their EEG. I was in charge of - clarifying, with the team, the product vision into story maps - writting user stories, - maintaining a product backlog, - leading workshops and backlog refinement sessions

Training on Data product design, data product management, product ownership and Agile framework. In the context of a bootcamp for professionals in work transition to be data expert, i trained a group of 11 on "data products from idea to delivery".

As a senior project assistant i was in charge of defining internal needs for a BI solution aimed at reporting performance indicator (process and financial) for the elderly aid provided by french social security services. This was in a context of the design and delivery of a new Information System for the aid management.

Several studies as freelance : - Secours Populaire (a french charity organization) : Definition of the digital communication strategy to improve fundraising - ENSCI les ateliers (a french design school) : Internal communication and corporate communication audit. The objective was to define a communication strategy to enhance ENSCI's reputation and help meet it's goal to be the first european school in industrial design - AG2R La Mondiale in the context of merging with Reunica : review and proposal for the sponsorship strategy with the cycling team - AST start up : communication strategy definition (logo design, communication objectives and plan, lobbying) - A 100 pages study on internal communication within french SSII (contracting companies in IT)

In the context of a major project aimed at changing the Institute of arab world web site, and deploying a digital asset management application (DAM), i have accompanied the project team to define Statement of Work and requirements for the web site and DAM. I participated in the selection of the agency in charge of the web site design and development (IS&A Bloom) and the DAM provider (J2S which is the french provider for Razuna solutions). Reporting directly to the general secretary of the institute i wasdedicated to anticipate risks, advise on technical solution, coordinate the interaction between the 2 projects, coach projects managers in managing the projects and the providers, co lead steering commmitees. Leaded the project of delivering a 3G key solution being used on SFR evolution boxes for internet service continuity in case of fixed lines outage. Cordinated networks engineers, Information System, customer experience and journey, Legal and Validation teams to build and deliver the solution : risks analysis, finding workarounds, quality and delay constraints management. Performed weekly project follow up meetings, monthly steering commitees with SFR’s Board
