Design and implementation of business process models using the Bizagi BPM suite, automating workflows and enhancing operational efficiency within SCOR. Task delegation and achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. Documentation writing and presenting developed processes to relevant stakeholders. Defining process flows, data structures, business logic, user interfaces, queries, and connectors. Integrating Bizagi at the system level via RESTful APIs using connectors, ensuring seamless data flow. Participating in daily meetings and sprint planning sessions in an Agile team environment.

Collaborating with the stakeholder team to create PDD (Process Definition Document) and separately develop SDD (Solution Design Document). Designing, presenting, and documenting the developed processes and technical documentation. Developing, testing, and debugging workflows using UiPath and Blue Prism. Ensuring adherence to technical requirements and best practices. Optimizing and improving existing robots. Providing technical assistance during the pilot and validation phases with the client. Offering support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure its success.
