After each leasing contract, ALD automotive (re-branded as Ayvens) re-markets these vehicles as quickly as possible. For that, a B2B auction platform (www.aldcarmarket.com) has been set up, on which automotive professionals (traders) can submit offers on used vehicles from car fleets. • Leading the “Divested Countries/Drivalia” project: Creating a white-label brand for the Norwegian subsidiary. • Leading the “Divested Countries/Leasys” project: Creating a white-label brand for the Portuguese subsidiary. • Contributing to the development of Carmarket’s features. • Challenging the functional needs proposed by the Product Owner. • Proposing suitable technical solutions based on architectural documentation. • Participating in Scrum Backlog Refinement sessions to estimate the effort of User Stories. • Providing level 3 support for the Carmarket application (1 sprint out of 5). • Conducting technical training sessions for the team (sharing time every Friday). • Writing documentation and providing dashboards to monitor features developed in production.
