Management and Industrialization of the External Configuration of the CARMAT TAH Prosthesis • Develop and manage the project schedule, resources, and industrialization budget. • Coordinate with the R&D team to approve and validate all changes to the WS1.6 and MRE system. • Ensure and monitor the validation of documentation deliverables for the ISO 13485 audit and CE marking. • Lead the validation activities of test benches at subcontractors’ sites for the production launch in 2025. • Identify risks in the industrialization process and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Management, Planning and budget : • Define and monitor the product development planning. • Contribute to the identification of needs in terms of resources, equipment and investments. • Define the detailed allocation of activities. • Monitor activities and expenditures and ensure budget compliance • Manage the contributors on a daily basis for design/development and validation aspects. Product development : • Define technical specifications based on system requirements and design rules. • Lead the hardware design process, including overseeing calculations, simulations, and validations. • Participate in design reviews. • Contribute to technical decisions to ensure product robustness and cost targets. • Collaborate with the hardware architect and technical project manager at all project milestones. • Interface with other disciplines such as systems, software, mechanical, and quality. • Oversee industrialization and provide technical support to Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS).

• Lead and manage cross-functional team (purchasing, quality, sales and R&D) to achieve project performance objectives (quality, cost, profitability, delivery and lead time) and to meet all customer and internal milestones. • Build technical and commercial offering for RFQs. • Lead technical and commercial negotiations.

• Integration / Verification and validation of ADAS systems. • Bench development: Specification, technical solution and qualification. • Monitoring of Tests during the EV/ DV/ PV phases. • Activity monitoring/ Planning/ KPI/ Forecast.

• Acquisition of skills on existing software and test database. • Handle evolutions, bug fixes, and code new requirements. • Integrate and validate a software with the product to be tested on the test benches in collaboration with the customer’s production and method teams. • Update of validation documentation.

• Develop the main/High and low level wrappers following the SW architecture and based on MVVM. • Automation of functional test procedures and measurement operations. • Control of all measurement devices via (RS232/RS485/GPIB). • Report on progress, planning and sprint/threads. • Writing and updating requirements. • Synchronization of repository data between local database and SQL Server. • Functional validation of the complete system. • Integration of the solution on the test bench.
