Responsibilities: - Close collaboration with stakeholders to identify and formalize business needs. - Translate business requirements into functional specification. - Develop process models, workflows, and diagrams to illustrate current and future business processes. - Recommend solutions to optimize business operations and improve performance - Manage relation with Business Stakeholders, ensure the delivery as per plan, requirements & scope - Develop test cases and lead the Test Campaigns - Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality. - Prepare MOMs, project status, roll-out/Go live communication, system release notes, user manuals. - Lead change management efforts by assessing the impact of changes, creating change management plans and supporting adoption. - Conduct formal training sessions for the future system users and service delivery team - Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior business analysts and team members.

- Analyze the Tunisian foreign exchange market, focusing on the evolution of the Tunisian dinar against major currencies, specifically the euro and the dollar. - Explain the determinants affecting the variation of the dinar - Model the behavior of the EUR/TND and USD/TND exchange rates

- Implementation of a quality management approach and development of the unit's procedures manual. - Development of a tool for dynamic contact management using Excel VBA. - Data analysis using some data mining techniques.
