Automate Financial processes for Malaysian Airlines via RPA (Robotic Process Automation). During this journey as an RPA Developer, I managed to design, develop and deploy more than 6 robots to automate the manual workload of the airline in various financial areas such as interline billing management and settlement reconciliation. This work resulted in the creation of an RPA department. I also had the chance to build a vision for Outsourcing as a Platform. - Requirement collection and process improvements - Requirement documentation: document the workflows that will be automated and sign them off by the customer - Project management: organize weekly meetings, steering committees (internal and with the customer) - Design, build and deploy the Robots - Conduct UAT phases with the customer - Post-go-live support

Design and build a fleet management platform for a ridesharing management company based in Paris. During this project, I also mentored a software engineer intern that was hired to help me build the platform. - Understand the business of ridesharing, - Understand the needs of the business owner, and the current pain points he is actually facing (a lot of manual unscalable work especially when it comes to driver-vehicle association, invoice generation for drivers monthly, tracking issues, etc..) The initial requirement was to have an analytics platform: but I realized during the project that the pain was somewhere else. - Design & Build a WebApp (using the MEAN Stack) - Containerize and Deploy the WebApp in private service - Mentor, Collaborate and Learn with the intern (who ended up being a great friend) - Frequently report the progress of the project
