- Providing legal advice on consumer protection laws, Intellectual Property, new technologies laws and reporting to the CEO. - Providing risk analyses and legally overseeing the advertising operations carried out by relevanC for the Casino Group's brands and retailers (including retail marketing services, personalised promotions, insights, etc.). - Drafting contracts and negotiation with clients, providers and affiliates of the Casino Group. - Pre-litigation and litigation management. - Legal advice and legal monitoring. - Management of cases delegated to lawyers, particularly for subsidiaries in Colombia and Brazil.

- Implementation and monitoring of GDPR compliance for relevanC and its affiliates in France, Brazil, and Colombia: internal audits, drafting and updating of the internal processes, record of processing activities, PIAs, information notices, management of requests from individuals exercising their data protection rights, etc. - Providing legal advice on data protection, drafting data processing agreements and negotiating with clients, providers, and brands of the Casino Group (Monoprix, Franprix, Casino, Cdiscount, and Bankin’). - Providing risk analyses and legally overseeing the use of the Casino Group's brands' data. - Monitoring the compliance of relevanC’s SaaS products (display advertising platform, promotional digital catalog) and Casino’s mobile application (Casino Max). - Coordination of the internal network of DPO points of contact and the Casino Group’s DPOs network. - Providing data protection training sessions to the employees.
