Introduction
I've been working in software engineering for over 20 years, growing from hands-on development to leading teams and shaping architecture. My background spans backend systems, cloud (mostly AWS), Agile/SAFe practices, and full-stack development. I’m passionate about creating scalable, reliable systems, helping teams navigate tough technical problems, and delivering solutions that truly matter to users and the business.
