Managed services pilot and team manager • I managed and coordinated 50+ client-facing projects (PLATINE Managed Services) with a team of 20+ local and offshore Ericsson engineers in radio integration based in France and Roumania. Main contributions • Team management & governance: one-on-one meetings, performance and workload inquiring, mediation, scheduling, service continuity, internal/external reporting, and project committees organization. • Improved the team's efficiency by upgrading the tools chain (network integration, configuration/scripting files production, automation) and enhancing processes with impact analysis. • Contributed to successfully industrializing 5+ services, reducing engineering costs and increasing operations reliability. • Kept consistently high delivery accuracy with less than 1% non-conformities.

The topics addressed are: wireless communications, inter-networking between emerging communication technologies, network modeling and performance evaluation. As tools we use especially Game theory including, learning mechanisms and algorithms, notion of equilibrium and several types of game. Beside we also use, queueing theory, optimisation, simulations and experimentations tools.
