Laboratory Informatics Systems Implementation/Management/Enhancement including : ELN (Perkin Elmer Signals), Genedata Biologics, BSI/iBS (Biospeciment Inventory : IMS), LabVantage LIMS, Schrödinger (Chemical Simulation Software: Administration of the AWS Servers and the onsite Linux Server. Acting as a liaison between the Bacterial Vaccines' department Scientists/ the IT department and all the external provides around all the digital transformation subjects. Development of Power BI and Tableau Dashboards to pursue and monitor Key Performance Indicators for the department Operational Excellence. Maintenance and enhancement of the Molecular Bacteriology Data Lake Projects (Spotfire + Snowflake). Main Tasks: • Proactively support digitalization and data science efforts in the department • Mapping and optimizing digital workflows (concept to experimental execution to (meta)analysis) • Gather and formalize user requirements for lab informatics systems to provide new or improved capabilities • Organize and manage pilots of lab informatics systems such as bioregistry systems, ELN, sample management, and others • Coordinate the user aspects of the implementation of laboratory informatics systems • Integrate existing and new lab informatics systems • Coordinate application support as the primary contact between users, internal IT, and vendors • Safeguard the quality and accessibility of the data in the laboratory informatics applications • Communicate with external vendors and service providers, schedule and oversee their visits • Provide status updates to stakeholders, including progress on projects, issues, and opportunities • Become a key user of implemented laboratory information system(s) with hands-on experience and capabilities to improve workflows and connect data streams

- Business System Administrator for lab applications including ELN:Electronic Laboratory Notebook (Waters), LIMS: Laboratory Information System (LabVantage) and Genedata software, for clinical and laboratory studies, research and development. - Coordination and work with different stockholders between management, Business Owners, IT, SME's , users and providers to continuously deliver enhancements to the ongoing projects to better assist the scientist in their work. -Thorough documentation of the GxP E-Systems, Managing Audit trails and Change management Activities. -Review and Execution of Test Scripts on TMLS ( HPE Application Lifecycle Management ) - Work on developing PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and actual developments to improve, automate and customize the Genedata Software using SQL( SQL Server) ; the project is managed in an Agile way and using JIRA. - Setting up and Developing KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators ) as Dashboard on Power BI for all the IT applications used within Genmab and managed by ServiceNow. - Setting up and Developing Department's and E-Systems KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators ) as Dashboard on Power BI. -Leading some Human Resources initiatives.
