Within the IT department, under the responsibility of the IS product director, I work on Keolis' digital ecosystem with the aim of implementing new functionalities facilitating shared mobility. In close collaboration with the Mobility on Demand team of the product department, the developer team of the technical department, the Marketing Department, the Operations Department, and the Digital, Data and Innovation Department, I make sure to improve people with disabilities user experience to these digital media (web and mobile). My missions are to optimize the digital accessibility of: · The mobile booking app for Transport on Demand / PMR Transport · The traveler website factory · The keolis.com website
